Elsie-Coco Utong is the C.E.O./founder of BIG SISTER Entertainment Media, a media outlet, responsible for the publication of BIG SISTER Magazine and BIG SISTER Couture. Passionate about the plus size industry, she was called upon to be one of the celebrity keynote speaker on have a positive self esteem for the 2011 MISS BIG WORLD Nigeria beauty pageant contestants in which BIG Sister is one of the media supporters.

As an advocate for the plus size women, her passion for her industry drove her into launching a fashion line BIG Sister Couture for women from size 14 and upwards. As a plus size model, she has model for  BIG Sister Couture, Nay et Kay by Naomi Wilson. Coco is also the current face of Edima Makeovers.

She is the presenter and producer of BIG Sister E-Radio Show and BIG Sister E-TV, a lifestyle magazine show for the curvy and plus size women. Coco also co-presents CUPID FLAVOUR, a love radio talk show on Choice FM, 103.5 Lagos and also does voice over for commercials and jingles.. She is inspired by plus size industry leaders like Cassy M-Jones of Fuller Woman Network.
